Are you a finance professional with expertise in the hospitality industry and experience managing financial operations across multiple properties? This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with hotel management and accounting teams to drive financial performance and compliance across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and distribute all financial reports to ensure alignment with GAAP and company standards.
• Operational Support: Act as a financial advisor to hotel management, reviewing monthly P&L statements, managing cash forecasts, and ensuring adequate working capital.
• Team Development & Compliance: Oversee, train, and coach hotel accounting teams, fostering efficient processes, accurate reporting, and compliance with tax and operational requirements.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in hospitality finance, ideally in a corporate or regional role with a track record of managing financial operations for multiple properties.
• Proficiency with Sage Intacct, Profit Sword Suite, and/or Hotel Effectiveness and strong skills in Microsoft Office.
• Solid knowledge of financial statement preparation, GAAP, payroll, accounts payable, and income audit systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for training, coaching, and managing hotel accounting teams.
