Job summary

Restaurant Zone Recruiting seeks an experienced Regional Controller to lead accounting and financial reporting for a growing hospitality and vacation rental operation in Florida. Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in controller/senior accounting, strong US GAAP and internal controls, and hospitality/property management/vacation rental experience.

Owner/trust accounting is a plus; Sage Intacct and Track PMS familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of Controller or senior accounting experience.

What we’re looking for:

• 5 to 7+ years of Controller or senior accounting experience
• Strong US GAAP and internal controls knowledge
• Hospitality, property management, or vacation rental experience preferred
• Owner or trust accounting experience is a big plus
• Sage Intacct and Track PMS experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, audits, and process improvement

Preferred:

• CPA and/or MBA
• Hospitality, travel, vacation rental, or property management experience
• Experience with Track PMS
• Experience with Sage Intacct
• Experience in a private equity-backed or fast-growing environment
• Experience with acquisitions, integrations, or accounting system implementations
