Job summary

Nations Roof seeks a Regional Sales Representative in the United States, ideally living in the greater Richmond, VA area. This remote, field-based role travels to client locations and to the Baltimore area as needed.

Responsibilities include developing new business in commercial roofing, delivering tailored proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships across owners, managers, developers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Construction Management, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1 year in a commercial roofing contractor sales role.
• Proven ability to prospect, close new business, and grow accounts.
• Understanding of the commercial sales cycle and project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new business in commercial roofing and building envelope services.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, bids, and presentations for clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, property managers, developers, and contractors.
• Collaborate with estimating and operations to align scope and delivery.
• Manage client expectations with proactive communication throughout projects.
• Represent Nations Roof at industry events and generate leads.
