Job summary

Nations Roof is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to drive new business and strengthen partnerships in the commercial roofing market. This remote, field-based role requires residency in the greater Richmond, VA area and involves travel to the Baltimore region for client meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a commercial roofing contractor's sales role.
• Proven ability to prospect, close new business, and grow accounts.
• Understanding of the commercial sales cycle and project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings and events.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually

This is a remote, field-based sales role. Candidates must reside in the greater Richmond, VA area and will work from home when not visiting prospective and existing customers at their business locations. Routine travel to the Baltimore area is required.
