You will drive performance management, care delivery model improvements, regulatory readiness, governance, and organizational effectiveness across Care at Home in a national scope.

The role offers remote work from anywhere in the U.S., with in-office presence four days per week for Minneapolis area hires.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy, operations, or program leadership.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams and driving priorities.
• Experience using Power BI, SharePoint, and MS Office.
• Ability to navigate matrixed, evolving environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to define priorities and drive execution.
• Manage leadership operating cadence, staff meetings, reviews, governance forums.
• Translate executive decisions into actionable plans with clear ownership.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across multiple domains.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Ensure initiatives align with objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
• Drive accountability and performance improvements across teams.
