Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in sales support management role
• 3 plus years' experience in Business Banking

Responsibilities

• Supervise a regional Sales and Service Support team to ensure exceptional customer service and support for sales functions.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure consistency across regions/markets.
• Onboard new Service Specialists and Client Managers; act as SME for process improvements and change management.
• Lead regional communications and collaborate with Regional Banking partners on product development and procedures.
