Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Residence in Los Angeles or Orange County, California
• 3–5 years of experience in college admissions, recruitment, or related field
• Experience in sales, counseling, or customer engagement preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing priorities
• Strategic thinking and data-driven decision making
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver license with good driving record; insurable
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Night and weekend work required

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven recruitment strategy for the assigned region
• Establish and monitor goals related to inquiries, applications, campus visits, admits, and enrollments
• Analyze territory performance and adjust strategies to meet enrollment objectives
• Build relationships with prospective students and families through in-person and virtual interactions
• Articulate the value of the university experience across all stages of the admissions funnel
• Provide personalized guidance to prospective students throughout the admissions process
• Ensure timely follow-up and consistent communication with all stakeholders
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with high school and independent counselors
• Identify and prioritize key schools and organizations to maximize recruitment impact
• Coordinate counselor engagement opportunities, including campus visits and events
• Evaluate applications and render admissions decisions in partnership with university leadership
• Travel extensively within the assigned region to attend college fairs, high school visits, recruitment events
• Represent the university at on-campus events
• Use CRM to manage communications and maintain records
• Contribute to broader admissions initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
