Santa Clara University seeks a Senior Associate Director of Undergraduate Admission (Regional Manager – Southern California) to advance enrollment goals from the Los Angeles area. The role combines strategy, recruitment, and evaluation responsibilities in a remote setup with travel as needed.

The Senior Associate Director will oversee territory management, high school visits, and partnerships while guiding first-year and transfer admissions, domestic and international.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 4 years related work experience required.
• Master’s degree and undergraduate admissions related work and/or related experience in a college environment are highly desirable.
• Understanding and appreciation for the Jesuit, Catholic mission, goals and values of the University.
• Experience using Slate CRM to develop and implement reports, communication campaigns and events.
• Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute high school visits, college fairs, and recruitment events.
• Lead recruitment outreach and build partnerships with counselors, schools and organizations.
• Evaluate first-year and transfer applications and manage communications with students and families.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Management Marketing on campaigns and reports.
