Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in college admissions, recruitment, or related field.
• Experience in sales, counseling, or customer engagement preferred.
• Night and weekend work is required; willing to travel extensively.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven recruitment strategy for the assigned region.
• Establish and monitor goals related to inquiries, applications, campus visits, admits, and enrollments.
• Analyze territory performance and adjust strategies to meet enrollment objectives.
• Build meaningful relationships with prospective students and families through in-person and virtual interactions.
• Articulate the value of the university experience across all stages of the admissions funnel.
• Provide personalized guidance to prospective students throughout the admissions process.
• Travel extensively for recruitment events, college fairs, and high school visits.
• Manage communications and track engagement using CRM; collaborate with counselors and school partners.
