Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota is seeking a Regional Admission Counselor to work remotely and represent the university in the Twin Cities region. You will nurture relationships with prospective students and families, guiding them through the admission and financial aid process while maintaining strong ties to the Winona campus.

The role requires occasional on-campus involvement and extensive travel, with a strong focus on recruitment events, high school visits, and CRM-driven follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with an interest in higher education admission or related experience.
• Experience coordinating events and facilitating in the assigned territory.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
• Experience building professional relationships with diverse groups.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute outreach and recruitment plans for the assigned territory, focusing on Twin Cities metro and Northern Minnesota.
• Execute recruitment strategies: high school visits, college fairs, and follow-up activities.
• Communicate with students and families via phone, texts, email, and meetings, aligned to CRM tasks.
• Advise on admission requirements, financial aid, scholarships, residence life; interact with high school counselors.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
