Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota seeks a Regional Admission Counselor who will work from a remote location and serve as the primary admissions representative for an assigned territory centered in the Twin Cities.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Admission and focuses on nurturing relationships with prospective students and families while guiding them through the admission and financial aid process, with strong ties to the Winona campus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required with an interest in higher education admission or related experience.
• Experience with events coordination in assigned territory.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
• Experience building strong professional relationships and communicating effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to travel regionally 80% during peak admissions period.

Responsabilidades

• Designs and executes outreach and recruitment plan for assigned territory, focusing on Twin Cities metro and Northern Minnesota.
• Conduct high school visits, college fairs, and follow-up activities to recruit students to Saint Mary’s.
• Maintain regular contact with students and families via phone, texts, email, and meetings; manage CRM-assigned tasks.
• Provide guidance on admission requirements, financial aid, scholarships, residence life, and related issues; engage with high school counselors.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
