Job summary

The Cancer & Hematology Centers is seeking a Research Product Specialist – Regimens & Data Analysis to support development, maintenance, and operational management of research treatment regimens and associated study data. This remote role collaborates with research, pharmacy, finance, and operations to improve efficiency and ensure protocol compliance.

You will extract and analyze data, prepare quarterly reports, and help align processes with study protocols while supporting data reconciliation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, business or data analytics is required.
• Experience in clinical research or healthcare data environments is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and update research treatment regimens per study protocols and requirements.
• Review protocol amendments and assess impact on regimens and workflows.
• Coordinate pharmacy review for regimen development and modifications.
• Extract and analyze research data to support reporting and study management.
• Prepare and maintain quarterly research reports and metrics.
