Job summary

The Cancer & Hematology Centers is seeking a Research Product Specialist – Regimens & Data Analysis to support regimen development, data integrity, and study operations in a remote role. You will work with research, pharmacy, finance, and operations to ensure protocol adherence and timely reporting.

Responsibilities include creating and updating regimens, coordinating pharmacy reviews, extracting and analyzing data, and delivering quarterly metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in clinical research or related environment.
• Ability to interpret protocols and understand operational impact.
• Experience with data extraction, reconciliation, reporting, or metrics is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain research treatment regimens per protocols.
• Coordinate pharmacy review and regimen changes.
• Extract and analyze data to support reporting and study management.
• Prepare quarterly research reports and metrics.
• Support data reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve processes.
• Develop standardized processes to promote consistency.
• Collaborate with research, finance, and operations teams.
