• Route referrals per department requirements and ensure required documentation is included.
• Coordinate with patients, clinics, and insurance carriers for pre-authorization and scheduling.
• Obtain prior approval information from insurers when needed and advocate for the patient.
• Collaborate with Patient Service Representatives and Clinical Staff for pre-registration and pre-visit prep.
• Use various insurance and medical record systems for data entry and reporting.
• Meet performance metrics and align with organizational mission.
