Washington State Department of Corrections in Tumwater, WA seeks an experienced Reentry Operations Maintenance Manager to provide senior administrative leadership for maintenance, operations, and asset management of Reentry facilities and CI locations.

The role reports to the Director of Prison and Operations Maintenance and coordinates with Reentry leadership, facility managers, and external partners to ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and operational continuity.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, construction management, asset management, engineering, or a closely related field.
• Three years of supervisory or management experience leading maintenance, operations, construction or facilities staff.
• Experience managing maintenance operations in a large, complex facility or multi-building campus in a regulated environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee asset management program for Reentry facilities and CI locations.
• Coordinate maintenance priorities, capital improvements, and regulatory compliance.
• Direct supervision of maintenance leads and supervisors statewide.
• Develop and implement maintenance priorities, budgets, and project plans.
• Provide executive-level consultation on facility maintenance and asset management.
