Job summary

EY is seeking a senior Red Team Operator to emulate threat actors and identify vulnerabilities across complex environments. You will lead engagements, perform social engineering within integrated tests, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve defenses, detection, and resilience.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to tooling and methodology, and stay current with emerging threats and TTPs while working in a hybrid, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive security.
• Demonstrated experience executing red team or advanced penetration testing engagements.
• Certifications OSCP, CPTS, GPEN, CRTO, OSEP, or OSCE are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and lead red team operations and adversary emulation across environments.
• Conduct advanced penetration testing of networks, web apps, APIs, AD, and cloud platforms.
• Produce high-quality technical reports and risk assessments for leadership.
