Job summary

The Washington State Health Care Authority seeks a Recruitment Team Supervisor to lead a small team and drive equitable hiring across the agency. You will supervise staff, partner with HR leadership, and implement compliant recruiting processes that reflect WA state law and executive orders.

Role is a full-time remote position following an initial on-site training period in Olympia, with occasional on-site meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with HR experience.
• Experience leading a recruitment team and advising managers.
• Knowledge of wage equity law and public sector hiring.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Recruitment team day-to-day operations.
• Oversee hard-to-fill and executive recruitments with sourcing strategy.
• Build relationships with hiring managers on hiring needs.
• Advise staff on staffing policies and procedures.
• Analyze candidate backgrounds for appropriate salaries per EPOA.
• Ensure DEI and inclusive hiring practices in processes.
• Develop training curriculum for hiring managers.
