Teamwork Therapies is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to support Washington pediatric therapy hiring in a remote role based in Washington State. You will lead full-cycle recruitment for clinicians and non-clinical staff, building pipelines for ESIT/early intervention, school-based, and teletherapy roles.

The role emphasizes strong interviewing, credential awareness, and collaboration with leadership to fill priority positions across pediatric therapy services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Experience in healthcare, pediatric therapy, or school-based staffing is preferred.
• Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Washington clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies for pediatric therapy and healthcare candidates.
• Source candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.
• Build candidate pipelines across Washington regions (Tacoma, Olympia, etc.).
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, arrange interviews.
• Create and optimize job postings for clinical and administrative roles.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from contact to onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics, credentials, licensure, and outcomes.
