Job summary

Conservation Legacy is seeking an Ancestral Lands Conservation Corps Recruitment Coordinator with a focus on Individual Placements and ALCC Crew recruitment. The role requires building partnerships, attending outreach events, and coordinating interview and selection processes.

Travel is required for recruitment activities, some overnights, and collaboration with Communications and Program Operations to meet recruitment goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years with outreach, recruitment, volunteer management, hiring, onboarding.
• Strong organizational, communication, relationship-building skills.
• Public speaking to diverse groups including youth and adults.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar platforms.
• CANVA experience is preferred; social media familiarity (IG, FB, TikTok) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review applications, conduct interviews, and select candidates.
• Develop and maintain job postings, flyers, and recruitment materials.
• Screen applicants and identify those meeting basic requirements.
• Attend in-person recruitment events and develop community partnerships.
• Create flyers/media needs for host sites and staff teams.
• Travel and overnight stays to support recruitment and team development.
