Conservation Legacy is seeking an Ancestral Lands Conservation Corps Recruitment Coordinator to oversee recruitment, screening, and selection for Individual Placements and Crew programs. The role emphasizes building partnerships and attending outreach events to expand applicant pools across NM and the Southwest.

The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, public speaking, and experience with Canva and social media.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years with outreach, recruitment, volunteer management, hiring, and/or onboarding.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to network and build partnerships.
• Public speaking to diverse groups, including youth and community members.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment implementation for ALCC programs, including interviewing, screening, and selecting candidates.
• Develop job postings, flyers, and materials reflecting current recruitment needs.
• Attend and present at community events; expand recruitment pathways and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Communications and Program Operations to align campaigns with recruitment goals.
• Ensure adherence to Conservation Legacy’s Style Guide in all materials.
