Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Recruiting Manager to lead a high-performing team in Fairfax, VA. This role partners with business leaders, HR, and staffing partners to anticipate workforce needs and strengthen talent pipelines while guiding proactive, data-informed talent strategies.

You will oversee recruiting operations, drive process improvements, and ensure an excellent candidate experience across high-demand roles, including cleared and technical positions.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for government programs.
• Experience supporting cleared, technical, and program-based hiring.
• Experience developing recruiters and improving recruiting processes.
• Strong knowledge of the government contracting recruiting lifecycle.
• Ability to translate recruiting data into practical actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies aligned with workforce needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and establish expectations.
• Oversee hiring demand, priority roles, and program staffing.
• Ensure accurate data in the applicant tracking system and reporting.
• Strengthen employer brand and collaborate with HR and managers.
