CHS Inc. is hiring four spring Recruiter Interns for January 2027–May 2027 to join our Field Talent Acquisition Team.

You will be trained on our systems and best practices for sourcing top talent and screening candidates, working with recruiters, HRBPs, onboarding specialists, and hiring managers for high-volume spring hires. These internships are 100% remote, with ideal candidates living or attending school in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas or Illinois.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in HR, Business, Communications, or Agriculture.
• Previous HR or recruiting internship preferred.
• Agricultural background preferred.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Efficient multi-tasking and prioritization.
• Pre-employment screening may be required.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with a fast-paced, high-energy team environment.
• Source talent for around 300 seasonal openings for the spring planting season.
• Support CHS employment brand, diversity initiatives, and other programs.
• Assist recruitment lifecycle: job postings, resume reviews, interviews, and analysis.
• Use ATS and recruiting software to track applicants through hiring process.
• Learn about benefits, compensation, incentives and CHS culture to share with candidates.
• Provide sourcing support for TA colleagues as needed.
• Ensure positive candidate experience with professional communication.
• Provide a positive hiring manager experience with regular updates.
• Utilize social media, job boards, internet sourcing to find candidates.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
