Job summary

Trustal Recruiting is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to build dream teams for residential home service companies nationwide. You will vet candidates for not only technical work but also licensing requirements and culture fit, partnering with local businesses to reinforce their culture.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment across field and office roles, post roles on major channels, and drive candidate experience with consultative coaching and timely updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience inside a residential home services company in a role handling internal hiring.
• Experience actively navigating Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and CareerPlug.
• Understand licensing nuances and culture-fit requirements in trades.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned residential home-service client accounts and lead recruitment for field and office roles nationwide.
• Post jobs, source, and engage applicants across Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, CareerPlug, and other channels.
• Screen candidates with video interviews and role-specific assessments for licensing alignment and culture fit.
• Use RecruiterFlow ATS to track requisitions, source candidates, manage pipelines, and maintain records.
• Coordinate candidates for client interviews and provide regular status updates and responsive communication.
• Coach clients and internal teammates on interview best practices and role expectations to improve hiring outcomes.
• Participate in daily huddles and scheduled team trainings.
• Own special projects tied to client success, like building pipelines with tech schools.
