Job summary

Trueline Talent is seeking a Recruiter to identify candidates across multiple industries, work closely with account managers and executive leadership, and move quickly in unfamiliar domains.

You will own candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and building lasting relationships while delivering a high-quality candidate experience. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours and a compensation upside tied to performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct placement recruiting experience across multiple industries or functional areas.
• Comfortable entering unfamiliar roles or industries and rapidly building fluency.
• Naturally inquisitive with the ability to ask thoughtful questions to uncover needs.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and run with searches across multiple industries and role types.
• Proactively engage passive candidates through outreach and networking.
• Conduct robust candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
• Work closely with Account Managers to understand role requirements, client culture, and market conditions.
• Ensure the candidate experience exceeds industry standards by being prompt and compassionate.
• Foster strong and lasting relationships with candidates from all walks of life.
