Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant work experience, or an Associate’s degree plus 2 years of relevant work experience, or a Bachelor’s degree plus 0 years.
• HR, talent acquisition, or relevant administrative/scheduling experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviewer and candidate availability and send interview invites with details to the team and candidate(s).
• Coordinate candidate travel as needed and initiate expense reimbursement.
• Solve problems using training, knowledge, tools, and analytical skills while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Perform job duties with high level of customer service and confidentiality.
• Maintain documentation in organizational systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Participate in special projects supporting MS staffing initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
