Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (MS) is looking for you to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiting Assistant. The Recruiting Assistant is responsible for coordinating with job applicants, hiring managers, and recruiters to support timely interview scheduling, while ensuring a positive and professional experience for all stakeholders. This is a virtual position, however the selected candidate must be local to the Baltimore, MD site and have the ability to periodically go to the site.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects, have strong organizational skills, and a detail-oriented process focus. They will have experience in a team environment and providing excellent customer service.
Primary Level Salary Range: $46,700.00 - $77,900.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
