gpac is actively seeking talented individuals for a remote, commission-driven recruitment role with a base draw. The position offers the potential to earn a generous commission based on production, with no cap and strong training support to help you succeed.

You'll build relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates, while partnering to fill urgent roles and present qualified candidates for placements.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
