Job summary

Soccer Shots is seeking a Coaching & Program Coordinator to lead by example, support coaches, families, and partners, and grow our youth soccer programs. This full-time role combines coaching hours with coach development, scheduling, and program operations.

The position offers growth toward an Assistant Director role, with performance-based opportunities and a focus on community partnerships and enrollment growth.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with preschool or elementary children is preferred.
• Strong classroom or group-management skills are essential.
• Excellent communication, organization, time management and follow-through.
• Ability to train, encourage, and hold team members accountable.
• Comfort communicating with families and partners; basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ~20 hours of Soccer Shots sessions weekly.
• Create a safe, positive experience for children 2–8.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train coaches; provide feedback.
• Manage coach communications, scheduling, and coverage.
• Maintain coach evaluations, background checks, and training records.
• Support partner retention and enrollment growth; assist with events.
