BairesDev, a leading tech partner, is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to join the Recruiting team and drive staffing for openings across projects. You will handle information gathering, collaborate with recruiters, and present candidates to clients, while supporting farming opportunities across accounts.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Staffing or PM, 1+ years in Recruitment, and advanced English. This 100% remote role offers flexible hours, excellent USD compensation, and a multicultural
Qualifications
- Proven analytical ability, extreme attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively, as well as multitasking skills.
- Degree in Business, Systems, HR or in a related field.
- 3+ years experience in Staffing or Project Management.
- Advanced English level.
- 1+ years of experience in Recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Execute the staffing strategy for the company's openings.
- Correctly obtain information related to the profile and assignment of the required openings.
- Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify candidates for various openings.
- Present candidates to various clients and leads.
- Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to identify farming possibilities in the different accounts.
- Propose improvements to the staffing and recruiting processes.
