BairesDev, a global leader in remote technology staffing, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead staffing projects across accounts. You will identify candidates, present them to clients, and drive end-to-end full-cycle recruitment with a focus on quality and speed.

In this 100% remote role, you’ll collaborate with Operations and Client Services to uncover farming opportunities, optimize processes, and mentor peers.

• Execute the staffing strategy for the company's openings.

• Collaborate with the Operations and Client Services areas to identify farming possibilities in the different accounts.
• Propose improvements to the staffing and recruiting processes.

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Recruiting team and lead short- and long-term projects. We are looking for proactive, dynamic team players with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks and who pay marked attention to detail. What You Will Do:

Here’s what we are looking for:

• Proven analytical ability, extreme attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively, as well as multitasking skills.
• Degree in Business, Systems, HR or in a related field.
• 3+ years experience in Staffing or Project Management.
• Advanced English level.
• At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
