Job summary

BairesDev, a global tech company, is hiring a Young Professional IT Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment processes while developing sourcing and interviewing skills alongside experienced recruiters. This 100% remote role offers exposure to a diverse, worldwide talent pool.

You will source candidates, screen, coordinate interviews, and maintain ATS records, collaborating with senior recruiters to tailor search strategies for each role. Excellent English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to screening and interview coordination.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate profiles and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS, keeping data accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements and refine search strategies.
