BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to join our Recruiting team and lead staffing projects. This role requires proactive teamwork, strong organization, and a keen eye for detail to match candidates with openings across our global client base.

Qualifications

• Proven analytical ability, extreme attention to detail and prioritization, with multitasking skills.
• Degree in Business, Systems, HR or related field.
• 3+ years experience in Staffing or Project Management.
• Advanced English level and recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for the company's openings.
• Correctly obtain information related to the profile and assignment of openings.
• Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify candidates for various openings.
• Present candidates to clients and leads.
• Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to identify farming opportunities in accounts.
• Propose improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.
