Qualifications

• Must be proactive and able to work in a team.

• At least one year of previous work experience is a plus.
• Advanced English level required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for searches.
• Propose new ways to identify candidates.
• Identify opportunities to improve current processes in the area.
• Manage notices in different job portals and evaluate candidates.
• Identify and analyze candidate profiles across portals for ongoing searches.
