Tahltan-Nation-Development-Lp is seeking a Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment for hourly workers on a remote/hom e-based basis. This role supports our Construction team and emphasizes experience with high-volume trades, mining, or civil construction.

You will partner with managers, coordinate pre-employment testing, and build strong candidate pipelines while upholding Tahltan values and Indigenous hiring commitments.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of recruitment/HR administration experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Experience building relationships with candidates, managers, and external partners.
• Experience in mining, natural resources, Indigenous recruitment, or remote-site environments is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for hourly roles including ads, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and post-termination.
• Coordinate pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with managers to update job ads and descriptions.
• Create screening and interview guides; conduct interviews and screens.
• Participate in recruitment fairs and use social media to attract talent.
