Job summary

Cielo, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead intake meetings with hiring managers, shape recruitment marketing, and build strong talent pipelines. You will evaluate candidate fit against requirements and maintain engagement with timely updates throughout the process.

Collaborating with stakeholders, you will use market data to guide offers and compensation decisions while mentoring other recruiters. This role is remote-friendly with a focus on driving results across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency setting.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices and metrics for talent acquisition.
• Strong technical recruiting knowledge highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specs and market data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements and build strong talent pipelines.
• Maintain candidate engagement with timely updates throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offers using market data and compensation guidelines.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.
