This is a commission-based role with earning potential between 30-80% of your production.

Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
2. Partner with clients to fill urgent positions
3. Connect clients with qualified candidates leading to successful placements
4. Use recruiting tools and materials proficiently
5. Cold call, qualify, screen candidates and prepare them and clients for interviews; assist in job offer negotiations
6. Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Consistent high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills
