Position Summary

We are looking for a driven and personable Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in recruiting to help grow our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, strategic, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You’ll be instrumental in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and develop hiring strategies
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to fill roles efficiently and effectively
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process—from job posting to offer acceptance
  • Collaborate with HR to streamline onboarding and ensure smooth transitions for new hires
  • Develop and track recruiting metrics, presenting weekly updates to HR
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Coordinate access to tools and systems for new hires before their start date
  • Innovate and improve recruiting processes to support the company's growth

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred but not required

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruiting
  • Ability to assess talent and match candidates to business needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to build rapport quickly
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Self-starter with a results-driven and collaborative approach
  • Experience presenting recruiting metrics and performance data
  • Creative sourcing strategies and eagerness to improve hiring processes
