This is a commission-based role with earning potential between 30-80% of your production.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
• Partner with clients to fill urgent positions
• Connect clients with qualified candidates leading to successful placements
• Use recruiting tools and materials proficiently
• Cold call, qualify, screen candidates and clients, and prepare them for interviews; assist in negotiating job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Consistent high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills

Preferred Education

A degree is preferred but not required.
