Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor of Arts in social or human sciences and/or two years working in addiction treatment settings.
• Experience working in call centers or telephone assessments is a plus.
• Evidence of ability to work with clinical staff and volunteers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Responds to incoming phone calls, emails, and texts seeking information about recovery resources.
• Provides accurate information on WA State resources for substances, gambling, and mental health.
