Crisis Connections in Washington is seeking a Recovery Helpline Specialist to answer calls, emails and texts, providing access to recovery resources and MOUD tools. This is a fully remote role limited to WA residents, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

You will log calls, support referrals, and perform QA, with training and team collaboration. A Bachelor's in social sciences and experience in addiction settings are preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferred BA in social or human sciences.
• Two years in addiction treatment settings is beneficial.
• Experience in call centers or telephone assessments.
• Substance Use Disorder Professional or Trainee is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Respond to calls, emails, and texts for recovery resources.
• Identify appropriate resources and referrals for callers.
• Conduct Vision Link logging and QA as assigned.
• Facilitate warm transfers and follow up with resources.
