Crisis Connections is hiring a Recovery Helpline Specialist to handle calls, emails, and texts for recovery resources across Washington. The role includes logging interactions, QA, and warm transfers to appropriate providers.

Must be detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork, supporting professionals and volunteers in a fast-paced environment from a private, confidential location.

Qualifications

• Call center experience or telephone assessments.
• Bachelor's degree in social or human sciences preferred.
• Substance Use Disorder Professional or Trainee is a plus.
• Ability to work with clinical staff and volunteers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and texts seeking recovery-related resources.
• Provide information and referrals for substance use resources in WA.
• Log calls in Vision Link and perform QA as assigned.
• Facilitate warm transfers to providers and follow up to ensure connection.
