Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a 4-year university/college.
• Focus in accounting or finance/business preferred.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Strong written and oral communications.
• Works effectively with minimal supervision and remotely from home.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile client accounts regularly to ensure tax debits and credits are in balance.
• Increase reconciliation efficiency by reviewing current practices and identifying automatable steps.
• Collaborate with Payroll Service team members to gather information about client tax accounts.
• Report weekly to Accounting and Tax teams on reconciliation progress.
• Communicate with clients to obtain tax information related to reconciliations, when necessary.
