Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technological discipline is required.
• 4–6 years of US pharma industry experience in contract operations, contract management, financial analysis, rebates, and payments to commercial payers.
• 2–6 years hands-on experience with managed care, Medicaid, or US Government contracts tech (Model N, Validata, EDI, Helix).
• 2+ years' experience reviewing Managed Care/Medicaid/US Government Master and Rebate Agreements.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with tight deadlines and to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end contract administration in Model N/Revitas, including rebate eligibility and dispute handling.
• Establish and maintain SOPs to ensure consistent payment package processing.
• Support the commercial contracting strategy, development, negotiation, and execution.
• Collaborate with DTE and analytics teams to build rebate dashboards and models.
• Analyze rebates, validate calculations, and ensure accuracy for audit trails.
• Manage contract compliance and verification of eligible plans and policies.
• Address customer disputes promptly and communicate resolutions clearly.
• Maintain contract administration documentation for audits.
• Monitor regulatory changes impacting rebates and reporting.
• Provide monthly/quarterly reporting of payments, dashboards, and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure transparency.
• Support SOX controls and participate in audits.
