Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technological discipline is required.
• 4–6 years in contract operations, contract management, financial analysis, rebate processing, or payer interactions.
• 2+ years with managed care, Medicaid, or US Government contracts.
• Proven ability to work in a complex, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end contract administration, including setup in Model N/Revitas and rebate validation.
• Establish SOPs to ensure consistency in payment packages.
• Support commercial contracting strategy, development, negotiation, and execution.
• Collaborate with DTE to build dashboards and analytical models for rebates.
• Ensure SOX controls and audit readiness for contract processes.
