Vertex Pharmaceuticals LLC seeks a Manager of Commercial Rebate Operations to lead end-to-end rebate processes in US Market Access. You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize contracts, rebates and reporting, leveraging data and automation to reduce revenue leakage and improve accuracy.

The role supports Model N/Revitas workflows, dashboards, and analytics, with an emphasis on SOX controls, audit readiness and alignment with government programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technological discipline (engineering, CS, accounting, finance, etc.).
• 4-6 years in US pharmaceutical contract operations, management, rebates, payments to payers or GPOs.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with managed care, Medicaid or US Government contracts (Model N, Validata, EDI, Helix).
• 2+ years reviewing and interpreting Master Agreements and Rebate Agreements.
• Proven ability to work in a complex, customer-focused environment with tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end contract administration including setup in Model N/Revitas, rebate eligibility and volume reconciliation.
• Oversee discount validation, disputes and customer payments for distributor/specialty rebates.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency in payment packages and reporting.
• Support contracting strategy, contract development, negotiation and execution.
• Collaborate with DTE teams to build dashboards and analytical models for rebates and trends.
• Conduct financial analytics to validate rebate calculations and ensure accuracy.
• Address customer disputes promptly within contractual timeframes and ensure compliant communication.
• Maintain audit-ready contract administration documentation and SOX controls.
