Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Analyst, Rebate Operations to join our team. The Analyst is responsible for the operational aspects of Navitus’ rebate programs, including rebate submission through manufacturers, reporting, and client support.

You will analyze plan formulary design, rebates, and contracts, coordinate with Finance and Underwriting, and help expand rebate forecasting while ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Pharmacy technician license preferred.
• 3-5 years of managed care/pharmacy benefits or pharmaceutical experience required.
• Pharmacy technician, trade, Industry Relations, and/or analytical experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Understand plan formulary design and rebate potentials for client set ups.
• Analyze claims data to ensure accuracy of GPO rebates and direct contracts.
• Provide sales and RFP support; collaborate with Finance and Underwriting to evaluate rebates.
• Support contract review, data entry, evaluation and reconciliation of rebate guarantees.
• Coordinate with clients and teams to ensure timely rebate reporting and data analysis.
