Job summary

RailPros, Inc. is seeking a Real Estate Manager I to act as the liaison between rail industry representatives and RailPros Real Estate clients. You will manage railroad permits, negotiate leases, and coordinate property valuations and license/lease agreements.

This full-time role requires a 4-year degree, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong project and client management skills. Remote work options are available with occasional travel to offices or project sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact between rail representatives and RailPros Real Estate clients.
• Review and prepare railroad permit applications and lease documents.
• Draft license/lease agreements and coordinate property valuations.
• Track application status and provide updates to clients and team.
• Support process improvements and maintain accurate client records.
