Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Construction management and HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope, milestones, work plan, and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources and governance aligned with requirements.
• Ensure data integrity, timely documentation, and reporting of status and variances.
• Lead the project delivery team with guidance to achieve goals.
• Develop action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.
• Identify threats and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.
