Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Management professional to oversee real estate projects from initiation through completion, with a focus on building management deployment. You will work with clients to define scopes, schedules, budgets, and governance, and guide internal teams to deliver high quality outcomes.

The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, degree preference, and credentials such as LEED AP, PMP, or CCM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Construction management, building management systems and HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for a singular real estate project, from initiation through completion.
• Work with clients to prepare all elements of the project including scope, resources, schedule, milestones, quality control and risk.
• Define project delivery resources from internal teams.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
• Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule; track progress and report variances.
• Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
