Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager in the United States to lead real estate projects from initiation through completion. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk while coordinating internal teams and client stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and certifications such as LEED AP, PMP, or CCM. HVAC/building systems knowledge is a plus. This is an on-site role in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education will be considered.
• LEED AP, PMP and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Construction management, building management systems and HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project (scope of work, resources, schedule, milestones, quality control, risk).
• Define project delivery resources from internal teams and implement governance aligned with requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely, coordinated documentation.
• Direct the project delivery team and create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans; report status and variances.
• Coach others and model CBRE RISE values to build consensus and drive results.
